Textbook
Strategic Dynamics: Concepts and Cases by Robert A. Burgelman, Andrew S. Grove and Philip E. Meza (Boston: McGraw-Hill). ISBN 0073122653. I do not recommend using other textbooks. You can find various online stores that carry this textbook with this Froogle search.
