Read chapter 1. It’s the introduction to the textbook, and it provides a good overview of the course material.

Friday, 1 February 2008 is the last day to register for this course.
Read chapter 2, which covers some basic points about systems theory, strategic management, the value chain, competitive forces analysis and competitive advantage. Knowledge management is discussed late in the chapter.
