I’m not in Chicago for the 2009 annual meeting of the Academy of Management this weekend. I’d love to attend, but I’m grading papers for the two graduate seminars I’ve been teaching this summer here in Honolulu.
This year’s conference theme is green management, so am I honoring the theme by not flying 4250 miles to Chicago? Perhaps.
But I will be watching the tweets! The conference organizers have asked participants to use #AOM2009 as a Twitter hashtag, and I’ve already posted some tagged tweets as @billso
The Academy also has an official Twitter account that will be used to post conference news: @AOMConnect
