Yes, that link is the default WordPress RSS feed. The default feed actually works much better than the FeedBurner service for billso.com, which was located at http://rss.billso.com/billsocom and http://feeds.feedburner.com/Billsocom
FeedBurner tended to strip out most of the article content, providing only a summary.
The new billso.com feed contains the complete article content for the most recent posts.
Those two FeedBurner feeds will remain active until 4 February 2009.
