Yesterday I was doing some grading while I was at my conference. I set up my MacBook Pro on a comfortable and prominent site - an unused registration kiosk by some conference rooms. It was also convenient to the free conference WiFi, which is a bit more reliable than that darned hotel WiFi signal. I recorded my first video blog posts while I was sitting in that seat.
Within 2 hours, I had met 8 Mac users who just wanted to chat. While more management professors use Windows than Macs, Two asked for help accessing the WiFi signal.
Once again, a triumph in friendly end user support, courtesy of your humble Herr Doktor Professor Sodeman.
