It took the concept of the coffeehouse and added the breakfast feel to it. After it's initial launch, there were more than a handful of customes that hated the idea because the food took away from the coffee smell, something that they looked forward to on a daily basis. And, for the professional looking for their "fix", you do NOT mess with their coffee smell. As a former barista, I can attest to the fact that those breakfast sandwiches were a horrible idea.
