From the New York Times, G. Paschal Zachary presents a brief dis­cus­sion of the risks of inno­va­tion. if con­sumers are moti­vated, they may accept tec­no­log­i­cal changes more read­ily. Pro­fes­sor Zachary uses the Toy­ota Prius and its unusual user inter­face as an example.
