Police departments install video cameras in cars to counter YouTube posts

From Yahoo: After an advo­cacy group posted a grainy, 20-second phonecam record­ing, more police depart­ments are con­sid­er­ing how to counter a grow­ing num­ber of sim­i­lar posts to YouTube.com It’s become very easy to record a video of police activ­i­ties and then upload it to a file shar­ing web site. If enough users watch and rate the video, the clip may be listed as a “most pop­u­lar” or “highly rated” seleciton, which attracts more viewers.
