From Yahoo: After an advocacy group posted a grainy, 20-second phonecam recording, more police departments are considering how to counter a growing number of similar posts to YouTube.com It’s become very easy to record a video of police activities and then upload it to a file sharing web site. If enough users watch and rate the video, the clip may be listed as a “most popular” or “highly rated” seleciton, which attracts more viewers.
