Kerry actu­ally has wit­nesses to sup­port his doc­u­mented actions in the field, and wit­nesses keep com­ing for­ward. Michelle Malkin won’t admit she was wrong when she got hacked up on Hard­ball over the so-called “self-inflicted wounds” story.

W has flimsy doc­u­men­ta­tion and no real wit­nesses to sup­port his own claim that he was not AWOL from the Guard. W’s cam­paign seems to be coor­di­nat­ing the Swifties at some level, and the Swifties are con­tra­dict­ing them­selves.

Kerry actu­ally fought in Viet­nam when W, Cheney, Wol­fowitz and oth­ers were hid­ing at home. W is try­ing to reas­sure doubt­ing Repub­li­cans, lest they stay home on Elec­tion Day. End of story.
